  • Initial consultation with the Clients
  • Unlimited phone and email availability
  • Planning meetings between Clients and Planner
  • Prepare Client timelines and checklist
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and venues
  • Email reminders first of the month of what needs to be accomplished that month
  • Plan event details and aspects, including seating, dining and guest list
  • Help with decor design, set-up and takedown
  • Maintain ticketing status, if needed
